Young Brother-in-law Is Now My Husband

After talking to Alex when he helped her take something out of her hair, Jiang Yuyan excused herself and Alex didn ’t stop her.
He could clearly see the hesitation inside her when he helped her with such a small thing.
She was not comfortable being close to anyone and she felt flustered when he helped her. 

Jiang Yuyan stepped out of the venue hall to get some fresh air as she had done being surrounded by so many people and needed to be away and calm her mind.
Just as she stepped out, someone held her hand and pulled her as she collided with a firm chest of a man. 

”What the…umm… ” her mouth was covered with a hand as her startled eyes took a note of pair cold looking eyes that had anger hidden behind.
She calmed down and stopped struggling.
The hand covering her mouth moved away, ”Lu Lijun… ”

Before she could say anymore, Lu Lijun dragged her with him by firmly holding her hand. 

”What are you doing, Lu Lijun? Where are you…. ”

”If you don ’t wish to make a scene where everyone will notice, be quiet, ” he warned.

It worked on Jiang Yuyan and she prayed no one would see her and Lu Lijun like this.
Thankfully this side of the corridor was opposite the entrance of the hall so no one came here.

Lu Lijun took Jiang Yuyan towards the rooms reserved for the family members and opened one door only to get Jiang Yuyan inside with him.
The door was closed with a loud bang and Jiang Yuyan was pressed against the wall next to the door as Lu Lijun gazed at her coldly while trapping her between his arms resting on her either side on the wall.

Jiang Yuyan was furious with how Lu Lijun dragged her here and glared into his cold eyes as she asked angrily, ”Lu Lijun, what are you doing? ” 

She wanted to push him away but heard him say something finally, ”Shhh! ”

Jiang Yuyan gulped as he asked her to keep quiet and waited for him to say something so she would know why he had brought her here.

Lu Lijun sighed, moved from her eyes to the hair strands which someone had touched before and was now loose again, ”Let me see where that bastard touched you. ” 

It puzzled Jiang Yuyan but before she could say a word, he tucked the loose hair strand behind her ear and said, ”Nobody is allowed to touch my wife, not even a hair strand. ” 

It angered Jiang Yuyan.
What she was trying her best, this guy was failing all her attempts and struggles to go through something that she didn ’t intend to.
She gritted her teeth.

”I..AM…NOT…YOUR…WIFE.. ” 

With these words, the little gentleness left inside him was gone as there left nothing but a cold heart.
His pitch-black cold eyes didn ’t leave the sight of her angry ones and the next moment Jiang Yuyan heard the warning from him. 

”Dare to say it again and in no time you will see yourself on that bed under me…and I ’ll make sure, you won ’t be able to rest for even a single moment, till the morning. ”

As if lightning struck her, Jiang Yuyan was shocked and froze in her place as he felt her hands were turning sweaty.
His eyes, clearly showed he could definitely do what he had just said and it scared her.
She had seen him angry even before but what she saw this time was no joke.
That coldness and his dark eyes showed something else, the dark side inside him and she didn ’t dare provoke him. 

She lowered her sight and turned calm but her heart was not at peace as she was somewhere scared. 

Lu Lijun saw her anger-filled eyes wavered after his warning and he was sure his words had scared her though he didn ’t intend to do so.
He sure didn ’t want her to be scared of him but all he wished was for her to accept him. 

He glanced at her lowered face as it was unlikely to see her scared like this.
She could have been angrier and argued with him but she was scared, ’Why? Was it too much to say? Why does she look so scared? Does she think I ’ll really do something with her? I had warned her even before, but what was this reaction? ’

He was sure angry but now had to suppress his anger for her sake.
Lu Lijun moved closer to her to which she reacted by sinking back to the wall while Lu Lijun just rested his head at the wall behind her and said while lowering his head towards her ear as he spoke. 

”Yuyan, I have told you not to provoke me.
I have told you I feel like there is a beast inside me that wants to hurt you.
Don ’t make me do it.
I am scared to hurt you so please don ’t be like this, ” his voice sounded hurt and painful as if he was trying to suppress his anger and it was difficult for him.
He had shut his eyes and clenched his teeth together to suppress that anger. 

Jiang Yuyan stood frozen while trapped between the wall and the tall body closer to her.
Only her eyes could see over his shoulder as she could smell the familiar scent from him that had managed to mess up her mind for the past few months and she was scared to get affected by it.
After Lu Qiang, only Lu Lijun could manage to affect the sense of this frozen mountain.
She gulped and said nothing. 

The next moment, Lu Lijun moved back and turned around to not let her see his face as he stood facing his back to Jiang Yuyan. 

”Leave! ” Lu Lijun said, which again startled Jiang Yuyan.
Though she could not see his face, she could still somehow feel that he was not fine.
Before she could say a word, she heard him again, ”If you don ’t want to get hurt, just leave. ” His voice was calm but there lay hidden tremor that he was trying to suppress. 

Jiang Yuyan had no way to calm him down but be mindful of his warning.
She turned and opened the door to leave the room.
If she stayed back, she was sure it would only end up something that she didn ’t wish to.
She didn ’t want to give him a chance to think she had accepted him, because she could never do that.

She stepped out of the room with a heavy heart and guilt of leaving him alone and closed the door.
She couldn ’t bear to leave immediately and closed her eyes to calm herself first while resting her back at the door.
Just as she thought to leave, there was a loud noise inside the room.

Smash!

Thud!

It scared and worried her.
She immediately turned around and opened the door in a hurry.

”Lu Lijun! ”

Feeling shocked, she dashed inside the room.
