Chapter 1:

The curse || Taekook AU Vkook AU

Deity of hearts, please help me to reconcile with my mate! Please help me to tell him the truth! Ji eun tries to ignore the voice inside her head.

The wolves have been contacting her since she helped another mate couple to fix their misunderstandings.

”Aish! Why can they try harder! Instead of pestering the hell out of me! If I could just block them all, Ill do it! ” Jin burst inside her room only to stop seeing the deity of hearts appearance.

Ji eun just woke up and just staring at the ceiling not wanting to get up anytime soon, but then a voice cut her from staring blankly at the ceiling making her morning hair more mess. Im not saying that Ji eun is not pretty when morning, but shes actually still stunning even her hair is mess.

Jins eyebrows furrowed at the state of his friend. ”You
e already up, whats with you, hissing early in the morning?! ” Ji eun glared at Jin before leaving her bed and completely ignoring the male omega and get ready to meet the mate couple.

”Ji Eun! Im talking to you! ” Ji eun only answered with the door slammed.

Jin just sighed loudly before leaving the deity.

//Atleast shes home today// He thought.

Ji Eun is not really living with Jin, but Jin insisted for her to stay in his cottage whenever shes tired to vanish and back to her place.

Jin met the deity four years ago… She saved him from death from his ex-mate who wants to kill him because he is a male omega and not a female omega.

Stupid, but the moon goddess is the one who partnered them together and it will only break once they mutually reject each other.

Jins ex mate was dead because Ji Eun killed him from saving Jin.

After saving Jin, she was about to leave him after dropping him back to his family cottages, but Jin stopped her, asking what her name was, and how did she managed to save him on time, when Jin and his ex-mate was in the middle of the woods that time.

Ji eun answered his question but reject the invitation of staying with Jin and his family, She was about to leave again when the wind blows strongly making her cloak exposing her chest where the tattoo of heart stab with a knife, the sign signified that she is the ”Deity of hearts ” who cursed by the moon goddess.

Ji eun was surprised so she vanished without giving Jin an explanations, but after a week, Ji Eun came back in front of Jins cottages surprising the male omega whos about to leave his house.

Since then, they became friends… and Jin knowing the whole story why Ji eun is suffering as the deity of hearts.

”Jin, Im going now ” his thought was cut off by Ji euns voice. He was about to say something but he looked around and he is now only alone.

// How I wish, she can just leave the house walking out using our door// He rolled his eyes and standing up from the couch and leave the cottages too.

Ji Euns POV

I rolled my eyes at the scene in front of me.

”Kids! ” I called them out. They stopped fighting looking at me; the male omega raised his eyebrows on me then looked at his mate.

”Is she your girl toy?! ” I smirked but then the Alpha just gulped.

”She is a deity Hyungwon… ” He muttered making the male omegas eyes widened.

The Alpha walked towards me and gave me a weak smile and his eyes screaming for help. I mentally rolled my eyes but walked towards the male omega and hold his hands.

”Closed your eyes if you want to see the truth ” I said, then he closed his eyes and the flashbacks begin.

He ended up crying after I let him see what his alpha did. Wonho walked towards him after I let go of his hands, and hugged the omega whispering Im sorry

I just leave silently letting them take their time alone.

//Thank you deity…// I heard the alphas voice and I just shrugged.

Few Weeks Later…

”Ji eun, you are going to my wedding right? ” Jin asked to the deity who is laying down on their couch, eyes closed. But Jin knew that shes not sleeping.

”Hmm… ” Ji Eun groans before she opened her eyes and takes a glance on Jin.

”Its an open wedding right? So means, everyone from your packs and his packs are going… ” Ji Eun just said.

”Yes, and I think your ex mate will be there too. ” Ji Eun raised her eyebrow upon hearing the mate words.

”I haven known that my mate is reborn again, the moon goddess or even witches aren contacting me about it ” She furrowed her eyebrows.

”Just what if, Ji eun… What will you do if you face him again? I mean, he may not know you but you know his face, it might not your ex-mate but its his face… So do you think you are ready to face your ex mates face after hundreds of decade? ” Ji eun just sighed as she heard Jin.

”I cannot just avoid him because no matter I run away, the moon goddess will make us meet each other again… I spent 800 years of living like an immortal, suffering because I killed my mate, I think the moment I saw him, I will just left speechless, and probably regrets. ” Ji eun closes her eyes again, thinking about the possible outcome if she meets her ex mate.

”Why don you just focus on your wedding Jin, instead of worrying about me meeting my ex mate again. Do you not have any plans for today? Like talking to an event manager or trying out suits? ” Ji Eun avoiding the topic making Jin smiles and completely forgot the whole ex-mate thing of the deity.

”Oh right! Namjoon have been busy this week contacting his other friends to help us planning our wedding and I already met the event manager Ji Eun, you are so busy fixing relationships of others and the reason why you haven noticed that I didn came home since 2 days ago. ” Jin rolled his eyes but he let out a small genuine smile over Ji Eun.

”Well, you know if I could just ignore them Ill do that already, but remember the time I collapsed because I ignore the betas calling for me? And their relationship ended badly. ” Ji Eun sits on the couch as she reminisced that day.

Flashback

Jin and Ji eun was preparing lunch because Jins parents are going to visit Jins new cottages and Jins mate will visit too to properly meet the parents of Jin.

Ji Eun is cooking the meal when someone called her in her mind, but since she rarely got called and really hates couples, she decided to ignore it making her collapsed on their kitchen and sleep straight for the whole week.

When she woke up, she felt weak all over her body and got the message from the beta that she ignored.

The couple rejected each other without doing the counseling and fixing their relationship with the Deity of Hearts.

The omega died in a car crash making Ji Eun feel guilty for ignoring the call of the young wolf.

Since then, shes accepting requests from wolves in their realms.

”Of course… How the hell I will forget that! My parents even Namjoon thought that you are dead that time but you woke up after a week, and vanish again without telling me where you are going. ” Jin shakes his head.

”Once I vanished that time I visited the beta I told you about- ”Jin cut her off by raising his hands infront of her.

”Yes, I heard about that, you don need to explain again ” Jin said then he stood up from the single couch and look at Ji Eun.

”You are staying for lunch? I will cook your favorite if you are staying ” Ji Eun shakes her head.

”I have an appointment today, a witch needs me you know mate talks ” She stood up and leave the living room after Jin nodded at her.

// I can believe she called as Deity of Hearts, when shes called as Ice when fixing the wounded relationships.//

Jins POV

After Ji Eun leave, I contacted Namjoon to join me for lunch… I wanted to talk to him about the wedding and to talk about his friends coming from other packs.

He told me, He knew two boys from other packs and became friends after their often visits at the lake in the forest.

Lunas Pact, is Namjoons pact. Winter pact is my Pact…. Ji eun old pact is actually my pact. She shared that she and his mate are in the same pact as I am, She even told me that my great grandfather is also her friend, thats got we got close too…

This is not my place to tell, but She and his mate are childhood friends but knowing that old woman… She hated commitment that time and her ex-mate admired someone.

But when the accidents happened… Everything was changed, People who supposed to know who Ji eun is, act like they don know her and even existed, thats why she leave also the pact and live on her own since she was cursed.

My thoughts got cut off as I heard the doorbell, I quickly removed my apron and run towards the entrance of the house to answer the door.

I clicked something on my tablet near my door, checking who the person is, and its my mate, Namjoon.

”Why are you late, I ringed the doorbell four times and you just answered it now. ” Jin just smile and let Namjoon in before he closed the door.

”Im lost in my thoughts thats why, Im sorry. ” Jin hugged Namjoon from the back making Namjoon put his hands over Jin and turn around to look at his fiancé.

”Is the wedding stressing you out? ” Joonie places his hands on Jins small waist pulling him closer than already is.

”No, you handle most of the wedding plans, I just talked to the event manager and also picking out suits so Im not totally stress. Its just… Ji Eun, is too busy and its making me worry about her health. ” Jin burying his face at Namjoons neck taking his scent. As mates, Namjoons scent making Jin feels calm.

Namjoon has a mixed of pine tree and peppermint, while Jin, has Jasmine and sweet dried pink roses scent, perfect for an omega.

”Ji Eun is a deity as you said Jin, she will be fine. Shes an immortal after all ” Joon play his fingers on Jins back circling it trying to sooth Jin and even releasing his calming scent more.

Jin is slowly feeling calm so he let go of Namjoon. ”Lets eat lunch, Im sure the company and the wedding is stressing you out… Sorry for venting it out on you, Im just really worried about her. ” Jin walked up to the dining room guiding Namjoon.
