The red wine had rained on them, so there were now ugly red patches on their gowns.

The women berated the waiter.

The waiter immediately apologized.

But when he turned around, there was no one there.

Ignoring the commotion behind her, she almost skipped her way to the lounge.

At the door, she twitched her mouth as a reflex and knocked on the door.

As she did so, she saw Qiao Lian and Xia Nuannuan laughing, apparently over something they were talking about.
